Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction StandaMs shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing site utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before Occupancy permits are issued.
