The Task Force will be led by <br /> the DEA with guidance from City staff and support from the consultant team included in the scope of work of this <br /> Professional Services Agreement. The study will also collect current parking utilization rates within Parking Area A, <br /> prepare specifications for a parking access control system for the Everpark garage,update the 2009 technical <br /> memorandum on downtown parking garage opportunities,and in the light of the updated utilization data evaluate the <br /> potential for paid on-street parking within the congested portions of Metro Parking Area A. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement for the Everett Downtown Parking Management <br /> Study—2019 Update with Barney&Worth,Inc. <br /> 117 <br />
