January 9, 2019 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except for Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated she looked forward to working with the <br /> members of the Boards and Commissions. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a recap of the Public Safety <br /> Subcommittee meeting that was held earlier today. <br /> President Bader announced the Everett City Council Retreat is scheduled <br /> for Saturday, January 12, 8 am to 12 pm, in the City Council Chambers. He <br /> encouraged citizens to attend. <br /> President Bader also recommended the Council appointment of a <br /> commissioner to the Salary Commission per Section 2.8 of the Everett City <br /> Charter. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Salary Commission <br /> Reappointment of Christopher Adams to Position 2 for a four-year <br /> term expiring December 31, 2022 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except for Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Bader provided liaison reports on his attendance this week at <br /> meetings of the Puget Sound Regional Council Growth Management <br /> Committee and the Snohomish Health District Board.
