' City of Everett 00 7300 - 1 <br /> Evergreen Branch Library Expansion 2017-008 <br /> SECTION 00 7300 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> I <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> A. The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract: <br /> 1.2 BUILDER'S RISK <br /> A. Revise General Conditions 15.3.14.2 Builder's Risk to read as follows: The Contractor <br /> shall provide property insurance under an "All Risk Builder's form in an amount equal to <br /> the value of the improvements. (Base Bid) <br /> 111 PART 2 - PARKING <br /> 2.1 Contractor Parking: <br /> A. Contractor Parking: Contractor parking shall be within the perimeter of the facility and <br /> not interfere with neighboring business parking. <br /> PART 3 - STORAGE, STAGING AND DUMPSTER AREAS <br /> 3.1 Location:Contractor will be responsible for storage of materials and equipment prior to <br /> commencing installation phase. Staging of material and equipment during construction <br /> phase will be located in designated areas within the perimeter of the facility and not <br /> interfere with neighboring business parking. Available space within the immediate area <br /> where work is to be performed will be available for the contractor to stage material. <br /> 3.2 The contractor shall be responsible for the provisions for a dumpster(s). Location of a <br /> dumpster shall be located within the staging area described above. Should a dumpster <br /> not be possible due to site access limitations the contractor shall be responsible for an <br /> alternate means of waste disposal. <br /> PART 4 - BUILDING ACCESS & SECURITY <br /> 4.1 Contractor Access: Contractor access to the building will be restricted as follows: <br /> A. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access to into facility by city's representative <br /> or be issued a key as necessary. <br /> 00 7300 - 1 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> I <br />
