Contractor shall incorporate into the project schedule three (3)weeks fifteen (15 working <br /> days)for the Artist to install hanging artwork. The Contractor shall include, in the project <br /> schedule, time for the appropriate subcontractors to install artwork. ' <br /> B. A detailed schedule showing how the Contractor's subcontractors will coordinate their <br /> work with the work of the Artist is required to be submitted. ' <br /> C. Other work found elsewhere within the project site shall continue during the construction <br /> of the artwork. The contractor shall schedule work that can be completed while the Artist <br /> is on site. This work shall be included in the project schedule. <br /> 1.9 MEDIATION I <br /> A. If for any reason, conflicts arise between the contractor and artists and no resolution can <br /> be reached, The Owner will may take the following action: <br /> 1. Conduct a meeting between the Contractor and the artist at an offsite location. <br /> 2. Identify the issue. <br /> 3. Listen to each side state their case. ' <br /> 4.
