After each inspection and test, copies of field reports will be submitted to Owner, <br /> Architect, Contractor, and Building Department (where applicable) for filing with <br /> Contractor's Project Record Documents File. <br /> B. Notification of Noncompliance: Reports will be submitted to Owner, Architect, and <br /> Building Code Official (where applicable) of work not in compliance with Contract <br /> Documents or with IBC provisions. <br /> C. Include for Each Report: , <br /> 1. Date issued <br /> 2. Project title and number. <br /> 3. Name of inspector. <br /> 4. Testing laboratory address, and telephone number. <br /> 5. Identification of product and specification Section and number. <br /> 6. Location of Project. <br /> 7. Record of weather conditions. <br /> 8. Date and time of sampling or inspection. <br /> 9. Date and type of test. <br /> 10. Location of sample or test in the Project. <br /> 11. Results of tests. <br /> 12. Compliance with Contract Documents. <br /> D. Perform additional tests, requested by Building Code Official, Owner, or Architect. <br /> Owner will deduct from Contract Sum, cost of additional testing showing work in non- <br /> conformance with Contract Documents. <br /> 1.7 LIMITS ON AUTHORITY ' <br /> A. Special Inspector, Testing Agencies, Laboratory Services, and Quality Control <br /> Inspectors are not authorized to: <br /> 1. Release, revoke, alter, or enlarge on requirements of Contract Documents. <br /> 2. Approve or accept work. <br /> 3. Assume or perform duties of Contractor. <br /> 4. Stop work or authorize additional work. <br /> B.
