The"Rate Sheet"is incorporated herein by this reference. SRS will a4iust the cost of its Services upward if SRS is required to comply with the <br /> Davis acon Act,Washington Prevailing Wage laws,or any other similar requirement. Applicable Federal,State,and.Municipal sales taxes are additional. SRS <br /> hires S bcontractors to undertake some Work,and will charge Owner for said works based upon the subcontractor's charges plus a reasonable markup for <br /> profit nd overhead. Any discounts offered to SRS by a subcontractor shall be retained for SRS's sole benefit and will not be passed along to Owner. <br /> SRS wit submit invoices to Owner for payment,which are due and payable on the earli;er date of thirty days of invoice date,or five calendar days of receipt by <br /> Owner of any funds payable to Owner for Services rendered by SRS from any insurance carrier or third-party. Amounts not paid when due,for whatever <br /> reason-shall be subject to interest at the lesser amount of 1%per annum or the highest legal rate,until paid in full.
