<br /> >RS will provide a"Rate Sheet"for Services that sets forth SRS charges for"units"of labor,material,equipment,and other functions that will be charged to be
<br /> laid by Owner. The"Rate Sheet"is incorporated herein by this reference. SRS will adjust the cost of its Services upward if SRS is required to comply with the
<br /> )avis Bacon Act,Washington Prevailing Wage laws,or any other similar requirement. Applicable Federal,State,and Municipal sales taxes are additional. SRS
<br /> iires Subcontractors to undertake some Work, and will charge Owner for said work based upon the subcontractor's charges plus a reasonable markup for
<br /> profit and overhead. Any discounts offered to SRS by a subcontractor shall be retained for SRS's sole benefit and will not be passed along to Owner.
<br /> RS will submit invoices to Owner for payment,which are due and payable on the earlier date of thirty days of Invoice date,or five calendar days of receipt by
<br /> iwner of any funds payable to Owner for Services rendered by SRS from any insurance carrier or third-party. Amounts not paid when due,for whatever
<br /> =anon,shall be subject to interest at the lesser amount of 18%per annum or the highest legal rate,until paid in full. Owner is liable to pay for any work that is
<br /> of included or covered by insurance proceeds,and payment to SRS is not contingent upon payment to Owner by any insurance carrier or any third-party.
<br /> RS shall not be liable to Owner or any representative or agent of Owner for incidental,indirect,special,or consequential damages. Owner hereby agrees to
<br /> idemnify,defend,and hold SRS harmless from any claims by Owner or third parties asserting that SRS is liable for incidental,indirect,special,or consequential
