We have issued the owner a citation for making the un-permitted conversion to a duplex.The owner then went <br /> to Planning and applied for and was granted an Accessory Dwelling Unit permit(he didn't tell them about the citation) <br /> and I suspect that he will be coming in there for construction permits in the coming days or weeks. <br /> But,the plot thickens. He lied on the application for the ADU permit and I can prove it. I showed my proof to Allan G. <br /> and Legal and they have agreed to revoke the ADU permit. <br /> So, if you would please alert Jeff and the counter staff,that if Mr.Wang comes in for construction permits,they should <br /> put him on hold and please ask Mr.Wang to contact me.
