Energy code compliance is shown by the component performance method. Worksheets have been <br /> modified to reflect the actual square footage and all components and areas have been rechecked to reflect <br /> reality. <br /> 2. Per structural engineer. <br /> 3. Garage/basement section added to sheet 3,showing all components involved. <br /> 4. Appliances are shown on floor plan,sheet 2.Addition is not to be a"second kitchen". <br /> 5. Per client's conversation with City,interior stair not required. <br /> 6. "New Dwelling"reference removed from sheet 1.No other reference found. <br /> 7. Note added to foundation plan,sheet 2,showing calculations for required venting. Existing vents shown on <br /> foundation plan. One additional vent will need to be installed preferably above one of the existing vents to <br /> limit the impact on lateral bracing. <br /> 8. Client to fix site plan. <br /> In addition to these corrections the square footage noted on the plans has been changed on sheet 2 to reflect the <br /> actual area of the new basement.Two new sets of the revised plans will be provided for plan checking.
