(Interwest) is providing this Change Order Proposal (COP) as <br /> requested to revise the utility deck grating per the response to RFI 222 update June 156, 2018. <br /> Interwest proposes to provide additional labor, equipment, and materials as detailed below to <br /> address the added work requested: <br /> • Supply and install 19-W-2 grating with a 2" crossbar spacing for the utility deck instead <br /> of 19-W-4 with a 4" cross bar spacing.
