January 16, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., January 16, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 9, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> The minutes of the January 12, 2019, City Council Retreat were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin recommended the appointment of Fire Chief DeMarco to <br /> represent the Fire Department on the Snohomish County 911 Board. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to concur with the recommended appointment of Fire Chief <br /> DeMarco to represent the Fire Department on the Snohomish County <br /> 911 Board. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> OATH — POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to concur with the appointments of Andrew Baker and Lance <br /> Clifford as new police officers. <br /> 24 <br />
