January 16, 2019 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk designee administered the oath of office, and Mayor Franklin <br /> presented the officers with their badges. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Harborview- <br /> Seahurst-Glenhaven Neighborhood meeting. She also stated she visited <br /> the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. He announced that the Design Workshop on the <br /> North Broadway Transit Improvement Project is scheduled for January 24 <br /> at 6 p.m. at the Everett Station. Council Member Roberts also provided a <br /> recap of the General Government Subcommittee meeting held earlier this <br /> evening. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to draft a resolution to send to the Planning Commission with <br /> instructions for the development of a climate action plan. <br /> Council Member Murphy suggested the funding mechanism for the work be <br /> considered. <br /> Vice President Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Library Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported on her attendance at the Port <br /> Gardner Neighborhood meeting. <br /> President Bader thanked the Mayor and staff for the work that has been <br /> done for the 2800 block of Maple Street. Council Member Bader also stated <br /> that he is working on the questions raised by Council regarding the <br /> districting process and will bring the discussion back to Council. <br /> 25 <br />
