Locate underground utilities within the right of way using professional locate service, <br /> engage On-call Locate for the City to paint its franchised utilities. <br /> b. Perform field survey and topographic mapping of approximately 600 lineal feet of right <br /> of way along Edwards Avenue from Federal Avenue to Friday Avenue. <br /> Task 228 — Unanticipated Labor or Expenses <br /> This task will include additional unanticipated labor or expenses not specifically identified in the <br /> scope of work tasks defined above. Such work items will be implemented on a work order basis <br /> and will be undertaken only after written authorization from the City's Project Manager. <br /> ESTIMATED SCHEDULE <br /> Murraysmith is prepared to begin work on this project immediately upon receipt of notice to <br /> proceed from the City. Services contained herein will be completed while working in close <br /> coordination with City staff within the project schedule provided as Exhibit Cl. <br /> ENGINEERING FEE ESTIMATE <br /> An engineering fee estimate, Exhibit B1, has been prepared with a supplemental services <br /> management reserve for Phase 2 based on the detailed scope of services contained herein.
