I am Connie Schultz and live with my 11 year-old daughter at your mobile home park in Trailer <br /> 44. We have resided here since July of 2015 and have always tried to pay our rent on time as I'm <br /> sure you can see if you look at your records. <br /> Recently we have had some difficulty with your maintenance man, Greg. I'm not sure of his last <br /> name because it has been withheld from me by your employees. He has acted inappropriately <br /> toward my daughter at your Colby office. We no longer pay our rent there and make the trip out to <br /> Candlewood instead. I want to let you know that I appreciate that you changed the locks on our <br /> home and secured the shed. My understanding of the landlord-tenant law was that since he was <br /> representing the landlord when he has put notices on our door (2 times) that I have the right to know <br /> what his name is. Please correct me if I am wrong in this assumption. <br /> I have several items to bring up in this email, the first and most important being the safety of my <br /> daughter, myself and our dog Winston. <br /> A few months ago, May 5, 2016 I believe, the men next door started socializing in the carport of <br /> #45. These neighbors include Rebecca Ensley, her boyfriend Jesus Garcia Ochoa and another <br /> unknown male and his wife. Rebecca's daughter Gabby is also there but has not caused a problem. <br /> Every night when it was time for my daughter to go to bed the would talk rudely and loudly and then <br /> would continue all night. This happened for awhile and then I went in and spoke with Greg about it in <br /> his office on Colby. I asked him if he would talk to them and he said better yet he would give them a <br /> Quit and Comply notice. After saying that, he demeaned one of your tenants loudly in front of the <br /> office and turned to my daughter and said that he had to do that because of her. Because of the way <br /> the man would have looked at her. She said "because of these" and pointed to her chest. He said <br /> yes, that Uncle Greg couldn't allow that. <br /> He must have given them a notice because things calmed down for awhile. Then we went into the <br /> Colby office to pay our rent. I was paying it with Janet and my daughter was on my left getting some <br /> of the water. Greg came in and cornered her and separated her from me at the same time. He said <br /> something while he was very close to her about saying hi to him. She ducked under him and we <br /> left. This was right in front of Janet. <br /> Since we have had that trouble with Greg, we have received a Quit or Comply Notice on our door, <br />
