They include last week when my ex came to take us to the library in his truck and when we tried to leave the driveway of the trailer court, Jesus revved up his van and drove straight like he was going to hit us head on then turned at the last moment and roared down Broadway. Rebecca has made up stories to the police and would have the men disappear when they would come and bring her daughter out and say my daughter was threatening Gabby rather than that she had two men fighting and terrorizing my girl. Rebecca said I threatened her and then drove but I don't know what I was supposed to have said because that too never happened. Someone has tampered with my car so we no longer have one. My debit card number was stolen and used right after that van incident. I cleaned up all the garbage from our area so I would know if anyone came around. Yes, a menthol cigarette butt popped up in the gravel while me and my daughter were inside the house. A cheap lawn chair was stolen on the same day that the furniture guy came by. I think it was the first of August. In fact the police had to go by the truck picking up the furniture by the dumpster before they came to our house. Jesus has not made his presence known recently after he charged us with the van until last night. They were making noise all night but we tried to ignore it. Then a little after 10 they started getting louder. I had been reading to my daughter to try to get her to go to sleep for at least an hour. I kept telling her to go to sleep and they talked louder. Rebecca brought the dogs out to their lawn while Jesus was smoking on the stoop. We called the police and told them what was up. Then he disappeared and the other guy was smoking by himself out there. they disappeared while the policeman was there and then came out within 15 minutes after he left. Both of them were out there and my daughter was scared. So I took a photo with my cell phone through her window to show you who was there. A few minutes later, Jesus started yelling and terrorizing my daughter. He told her that we would be arrested. I had the 911 operator on the line at the time. She was in hysterics. The police heard some of what he was saying when they came. It turned out that she had called them on me for taking their photo I don't know what else she told them, but am going to request the records. I think they told him to leave because he started talking about a lawyer, but someone was making noise at her house again all night. I am wondering if you will prosecute this because in my lease it states that if a guest threatens or abuses a tenant that you may do that. We have filled out a police report for the debit card and the van incident and can provide those if needed. We also believe they are teasing our dog when we are not home. All these things have been documented and reported to the Everett Police Department. We are working on an Anti-Harassment Order also and would have one already if you had given me his name on the first of August. Jesus Ochoa has been in my house representing your business at least 3 times when I wasn't here to help Greg put in the refrigerator, the stove and the hot water tank. His orange and white van which he was using as a weapon has sat in front of this trailer court for months and Greg would tell him when to move it.
