H <br /> 3. Obtain a building permit for the addition at 6408 Evergreen Way. <br /> 4. Remove all chain link fence and barbed wire visible from Evergreen Way. <br /> 5. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the <br /> street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense <br /> vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> 7.
