H <br /> 3. Obtain a building permit for the addition at 6408 Evergreen Way. <br /> 4. Remove all chain link fence and barbed wire visible from Evergreen Way. <br /> 5. Obtain building permits for the five accessory structures to be retained. No <br /> accessory structure may be placed against the adjacent multifamily residential <br /> building. Any future accessory structures require City review and approval prior <br /> to installation. <br /> 6. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the <br /> street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense <br /> vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> 7.
