Once the runoff is east of the R/R tracks it is within a large wetland system that is directly <br /> connected to the Snohomish River. Due to the wet conditions and the densevegetation <br /> the area east of the tracks was not walked but observed from the R/R embankment. <br /> Based on the fact that the new/replaced PGIS runoff will be directed east in the natural <br /> downstream location, and that this project only proposes to increase the total impervious <br /> surfaces by less than 5,000 sf the developed flows are expected to be slightly more than <br /> in the existing conditions.
