Staff is requesting an amendment to Section 4 of Ordinance <br /> 2989-07. The amendment would authorize an additional$1.65 million,which would provide sufficient <br /> funds to balance Fund 338 and more accurately reflect the revenues and expenses for capital improvements <br /> undertaken since 2007.
