I - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ORDINANCE extending Fund 338 "Solid Waste Improvements Fund" to <br /> accumulate all design and construction costs for Leachate System <br /> Improvements, Methane Gas System Improvements and related landfill gas <br /> and leachate controls, amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2989-07 <br /> WHEREAS, on May 2, 2007, Council adopted Ordinance 2989-07 creating the Fund 338 "Solid <br /> Waste Improvements Fund" to facilitate the design and construction of capital improvements at <br /> the Landfill Site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the sum of$18,350,000 was appropriated for Fund 338; and <br /> WHEREAS, the initial appropriation has been expended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City needs to amend the Fund's appropriation to reflect additional revenues <br /> and additional expenses listed herein; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2989-07 which reads as follows: <br /> The sum of $18,350,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 338, "Solid Waste <br /> Improvements Fund" as follows: <br /> A.
