KFC has determined 7407 Evergreen Way to be the restaurant requiring upgrades <br /> and reimaging. <br /> The scope of work will consist of an interior renovation to the dining area of the existing KFC restaurant. <br /> The kitchen and drive through areas will remain in operation during the remodeling process.The <br /> exterior image upgrade will consist of new exterior branding and signage elements and new paint <br /> finishes.The building use will remain the same and there will be no kitchen work.Signage and trade <br /> permits will be pulled separately for this project.
