May 18th,2010. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Public Meeting Room of the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this project is$4,7997000$4,346,000A1 The work includes, but is not limited to excavation, relocation, and haul off-site of embankment and surcharge material from the Everett Landfill, installation and maintenance of erosion control best-management-practices, removal of contaminated soil material and hauling to an approved off-site facility, re-grading of the site, salvage and placement of III borrow,demolition of existing walls,cement augmentation of the finished surface,and modifications to the abandoned Lift Station 20.
