Any legal tenants affected by the condemnation must be re-located in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act, RCW 59.18. The structures must <br /> remain vacant until the above referenced violations have been abated and the structure has <br /> been approved for occupancy. <br /> You may request a hearing before the Violations Hearing Examiner by submitting a written <br /> request to the City Clerk's Office no later than 10 days after this Notice to Condemn was posted <br /> on property referenced above. Such hearing will occur within 30 days of the date on which the <br /> City received the request.
