January 23, 2019 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Tuohy who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Tuohy returned to council chambers at 1:23 p.m. <br /> PURCHASE —TWO AMBULANCES <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the purchase of two ambulances from Braun <br /> Northwest Inc., utilizing Marysville Fire contract in the amount of <br /> $403,688.64, including Washington State sales tax and motor vehicle <br /> excise taxes. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1901-01 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE extending Fund 336 "Water and Sewer System <br /> Improvements Fund," to accumulate all design and construction <br /> costs for critical Water and Sewer System Capital Improvements, <br /> amending Sections 2 and 4 of Ordinance No. 3213-11 <br /> Matt Welborn, Public Works, provided clarification regarding the costs. He <br /> stated that the funds are already allocated, and the proposed ordinance <br /> allows for spending authority. He stated that any new projects would be <br /> presented to Council for consideration in the future. <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, that this is the declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1901-01 and the City Clerk was directed to call the roll <br /> for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 33 <br />
