Upstairs Master Bath <br /> in front of shower(not gfci protected) <br /> Receptacle right of sink(Improperly wired) <br /> Attic <br /> Wiring near access hole(needs to be protected and secured and have covers installed on junction <br /> boxes) <br /> all junctions need to be exposed where knob and tube has been converted to romex <br /> Permit Number for the electrical work to be performed is: <br /> E W 1803-004 <br /> Scope of work is as follows: <br /> Install appropriately sized breakers,correctly phased <br /> Install two ground rods <br /> Bond gas line <br /> Install circuits for appliances including dishwasher, disposal and furnace. <br /> Where appropriate Install boxes,two wire outlets, GFI'S, Box extensions, locations as referenced <br /> previously. <br /> Install connectors on existing junction boxes where splices were made to knob and tube wiring in the <br /> attic. <br /> Recommend installing arc-fault breakers for living area. <br /> Remove exposed nonessential low voltage wiring <br /> Once the above recommendations are accomplished the electrical system will be adequet for residential <br /> occupancy. <br />
