All costs incurred shail be horne by ihe developer or <br />conttactor requesting the service.; It shall be the conuactor's responsibility :o arrange for the taps with <br />the ut�7ity division. Tn the case of an existing water line easement, the d�signated point will be one (1) j <br />pipe length beyond the tap�iing connecrion. � <br />After receiving the required deposit for the estimated work, the city will schedule, order materials, and <br />perform the described worl: as ouUinecl in the estimate. <br />Tve owner/conu�actor will connect a double check valve assembly to the end of the water line at the ' <br />des d°nated point as shown on the approved plans.
