36. I.andscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. The required <br />landscaping includes the following: <br />a. A landscape strip a minimum of 15 feet wide must be provided along the <br />street frontage, except for the driveway. This area shall be planted with Type <br />III landscaping. <br />b. A landscape strip a minimum of five feet wide must be provided along the <br />east and west property lines. This area shall be planted with Type III <br />landscaping. <br />c. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Departtnent per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. <br />The landscaping plan must show loc;ation and dimensions of required vegetated <br />swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading <br />at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas <br />per Section 35.130 ofthe Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device <br />must be provided for the landscaping per Se�:tion 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br />� <br />9 <br />
