City properry w the east of and adjoining this proposal appears ro be utilized by the � <br />proponent. A lease from the City of Everett for use of this city propeny is <br />required. Contact the city Real Property Department with regards to the potential <br />properry lease. <br />27. Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. <br />Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access <br />road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and <br />legibly identified from the access road. <br />28. One fire hydran[ is required. The hydrant must be within 200 driving feet, but not <br />closer than 50 feet, of every struc[ure. Location of the hydrant(s) shall be approved <br />by the Fire Marshal. <br />29. Fire flow requirements for this structure are 2,000 gpm. <br />30. An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by City <br />Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for <br />such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to <br />installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br />Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be <br />performed, along with a certificate of completion, prior to final acceptance of the <br />system. Fire alarm systems shall be ins�alled according to NFPA Standazd 72. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Building <br />Department. Electrical inspections and approval are required prior to calling for <br />acceptance tests. Call (425) 257-8810 for permit information. <br />31. Demolition of buildings shall be in compliance with the provisions of Uniform Fire <br />Code, Section 8706 'Firesafery during Demolition.' <br />32. The Ciry of Everett prohibits outdoor burning. Therefore, outdoor burning for the <br />purpose of disposing of construction debris or rubhish will not be permitted. <br />33. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section <br />39.080 of the Zoning Code. <br />34. Rooftop mechanical equipment, incl�ding vents, must be screened per Section <br />39.040 of the Zoning Code. <br />35. A final baffer planting plan must be submitted and approved prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br />� <br />9 <br />
