Additional revisions or additions may be required <br />by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 <br />Uniform Building code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington State <br />Energy Code, 1997 edition, unless noted utherwise. <br />This review d�es not cover submitted mechanical, sprinkler, electrical or plumbing documents — <br />these permits must be obtained separately and may require further review and submissien of <br />plans. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with rivo complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />NON-STRUCTURAL <br />General <br />Building plans are required to be prepared and sealed by an Architect licensed by the <br />State of Washington per state law.
