The lighting compliance option should be <br />noted. <br />STRUCTURAL <br />The foundation structural notes indicate the requirement for the steel reinforcement to <br />have an fy= 40,C00 psi which contradicu the calculation and corresponding design where <br />fy = 60,000 psi. <br />2. The foundation plan indicates no reinforcing for the 2'-0" squaze footings. UBC <br />1992.2.5 prohibits the use of plain concrete in seismic zone 3. <br />The foundation plan indicates and 8" x 24" grade beam. Provide a cross section. <br />4. The detail for the 6'�i" souare footing indicates an interior footing supporting a rigid <br />frame. The foundatiou plan does not locate the perimeter footings with respect to the <br />building lines or columns. <br />An anchor bolt la�out plan has yet to be pmvided. <br />Please prepaze a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on <br />the plan set. <br />Upon resubmission of the drawings, your application will be given rriority and plan review will <br />recommence. <br />All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain su�cient information to ensure <br />that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Sincerely, <br />� <br />T R.
