�. Project Description <br />The project site is located at ll10 Raimer Avenue in Everett, Washington (s�e Flgure 14�. The sue is <br />beuntled by 12th Street to lhe south, Rainier Avenue to the east, and ad�acent parcels to the west and <br />north.
