Landscape areas must be planted and located per Section <br />35.080E of the Zoning Code. <br />e. Landscaping oi the planting areas located in the interior of parking lots as require.d <br />by subsection D of this section shall conform to the follo�,ving standards <br />1. Trees shall be a minimum oi six feet high at time of planting. Up to ffty percent <br />of the required tr2es within parrting areas may be deciduous. <br />2. Ground cover shall be provided in the required landscape areas. Ground cover <br />shall he selected and planted so as io withstand foot traffic and provide ninety <br />percent coverage wilhin three yea:s of planting. <br />3 No parking shall be located more than fi(ry feet from an internal iandscape <br />area. <br />
