NOTc: The exis;ing site has 52 <br />parking stalls per Army records. Phase I includes 53 stalls and Phase II includes 28 <br />parking spaces for a total of 81 on-site parking spaces. <br />19. A pedestrian circulation system for the site must be approved by the Planning Director and <br />TraKic Engineer prior to thc issuance of any building permils. Walk�vays must allov� <br />pedestrians and wheeichairs lo gain easy access irom sidewalks and bus stops to building <br />entrances through lhe use of paths which are physlcally separated (rom vehicle traffic and <br />maneuvering areas. (See the City's Design and Construction Standards and Sper.ifications <br />vianual and Section 39.165 of the Zoning Code.) <br />20. Placement and screening of refuse disposai areas must be provided per Section 39.Cb0 <br />and 31.040U of the Zoning Code as follows: <br />a GarUage receplacies, dumpsters and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple <br />family, commercial, industrial, and institulional developmenls and shall not be located in a <br />required front yard setback area, or street side setback area tor corner lots.
