Plan review will resume when the <br />requested information is submitted. Additional revisions may be necessary before a permit can <br />be issued. Please review and respond to the comments below. All required submittals must be <br />of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure wiil be constructed in <br />compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Tn order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br />documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br />General <br />1. On the site plan, please assign an o�vner building number (such as "A'� for this project <br />for the purposes of permitting, certificate of occupancy, and to differentiate the hvo <br />buildings addressed as 1110 Rainier Ave for emergency services response. <br />a. The city assigned address for bo[h buildings will remain 1110 Rainier Ave. This <br />is the typical addressing and permitting process for other multi-building <br />complexes, such as the attached example. <br />Structural <br />1. The structural framing of the mezzanine should be shown on the drawings, to indicate <br />that it sufficient for the new guard load requirements, per IBC section 1607.8. <br />2. Where ttie live load for the �nechanical mezzanine has been designed to exceed 50 psF, <br />the live load should be conspicuously posted by the owner, per IBC section 106.1. <br />Occupancy <br />1. Please include in the code analysis the ages and number of children that will be using <br />the Youth Center, and answers to the following questions. <br />a. Is the use of'Youth Center' going to be licensed by the Department of Early <br />Learning as a Childcare Center? <br />b. Will the parents be accompanying the youth at all times when in the Youth <br />c. <br />Center? <br />Will daycare services be provided <br />Will food and drink be provided? <br />��3 <br />atthe Youth Center? <br />
