Map Exhibit • Amount Budgeted -0- Expenditure Required -0- Account Number(s): Budget Remaining -0- Additional Required -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: A petition has been received from the owners abutting a portion of State Street,a portion of 17th Street,and alleyways within Blocks 324 and 325,Plat of Riverdale Addition requesting that these right of way areas as more legally described in the petition be vacated. . The requested vacation is a component of the proposed Riverview Apartments Project located along the west side of East Marine View Drive just south of 16th Street. The petitioners by representing more than two-thirds of the lineal frontage abutting the said right of way have fulfilled the statutory requirements of RCW 35.79.010. RCW 35.79.010 further requires that City Council set a date and time for the matter to be heard RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a Resolution accepting the petition and setting March 6,2019, at 6:30 P.M. as the date and time of the public hearing for the proposed vacation of a portion of State Street, a portion of 17th Street, and alleyways within Blocks 324 and 325,Plat of Riverdale Addition. 67
