SPU GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> Findings and Conclusions: The following findings and conclusions are based on the criteria <br /> established in Section 41.150.C. of the Zoning Code—Special Property Use Permits� <br /> 1. The need of the neighborhood, district, nr City for a proposed Special Property Use <br /> Findin : The Applicant currently has an approved wireless facility located on a Bonneviile Power <br /> Authority (BPA) utility pole. The appiicant proposes to upgrade their current facility to their new 4G LTE <br /> technology, but the utility pole owner, BPP,, has determined the existing pole will not support the <br /> oroposed coniiguration. BPA also request�d the applicant to relocate the entire antenna facility to <br /> another axisting BPA pole to the south of !he existing wireless facility. This request is due to BPA safety <br /> concerns on replacing the existing pole. The adjacent high wire transmission lines present a danger to <br /> crane operalions required to replace the existing pole. This proposai is (or ihe relocation o`the existing <br /> antennas to the southerly BPA pole, and the upgrade to the applicanYs 4G Technology. The relocated <br /> subject pole will be replaced with a pole of identical height to the existing antenna facility. The proposed <br /> use will provide upgraded technology to the surrounding area for AT&T users. <br /> Conciusion: The proposed use will provide upgraded technology to the surrounding area for AT&T <br /> users. <br /> 2. Adequacy of streets, utilities and pubiic services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findin : Access to lhe site will be from Ridgewood Drive.
