No significant light or shadow impacts are anticipated on the surrounding properlies. <br /> Conclusion: The relocated antenna facility to an existing BF'A utility pole is compatible with <br /> surrounding power lines including height, size, location and setbacks. <br /> 6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensitive land <br /> uses. <br /> Findinp: No signage is proposed. The exist�ng facility contains previously approved FCC signage. <br /> Conclusion• N/A <br /> 7. The landscaping, bufferinp and screening of buildings, parking, loading and storage areas, <br /> especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br /> Findinq: The exisiing approved ground equipment will remain where it is located as part of this <br /> preposal. The existing equipment area is screened by a sight-obscuring fence. An additional radio <br /> cabinet will be added to the ground equipment which will not require an expansion or ground <br /> disturbance. <br /> Conclusion: The applicant has submitted a Landscape Plan for the WC� at I-5 and 751h Street which <br /> has been reviewed and approved by the Everett Planning Department. <br /> 2 <br />
