<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each
<br /> The unit price per each bio-retention structure shall be full compensation for all labor, material, ,
<br /> tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the work as defined in the Standard
<br /> Specifications, plans and details, these special provisions, and manufactures recommendations
<br /> for the locations where indicated on the plans. ,
<br /> The unit price of per each structure shall also include, but not be limited to, all costs for
<br /> excavation, removing and disposing of existing pipe and/or existing manholes, if necessary,
<br /> hauling and disposing of surplus or unsuitable material, dewatering, furnishing and installing
<br /> treatment medium and all necessary and required appurtenances, placing and compacting
<br /> backfill, furnishing, placing, and compacting foundation material as required, connect to storm
<br /> water pipe system, cleaning installed structure, construction of concrete flume, adjusting access
<br /> covers to final grade, and replacing, protecting and maintaining utilities.
