The cost of sawcutting concrete curb ramps is incidental and shall be included in the unit price <br /> for this Bid item.. <br /> Bid Items A-34 and B-48 - PERMANENT SIGNING <br /> Specification Section 8-21 <br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> This lump sum unit price for permanent signing shall include all costs associated with existing <br /> sign removal and relocation where indicated in the plans or may be directed by the engineer in <br /> accordance with these special provisions and Section 8-21.3 of the standard specifications. <br /> Bid Items A-35 and B-49 - PAVEMENT MARKING <br /> Specification Section 8-22 <br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> This lump sum bid item includes all costs associated with furnishing all labor, materials, and <br /> other equipment necessary for restoring and replacing permanent traffic marking such as stop <br /> bars, crosswalks, reflectors. delineator, etc. and lane or fog-line striping removed or damaged <br /> by the Contractor's work in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, and these <br /> Special Provisions. <br /> Costs for applying and removing temporary pavement traffic markings are incidental to this pay <br /> item. This bid item shall include replacement and restoration of traffic markings (lane striping) <br /> beyond the immediate vicinity of the work. or the total extent of pavement markings damaged by <br /> the contractor, plus an additional length of up to 100 linear feet.
