3. Towar structures for above ground utility andlor communications facilities <br /> shall not be located in or within 300 feet of residentially zones areas. <br /> Findinqs: This is an existing communications facility and the applica�t is <br /> proposing to locate antennas on a replacement PUD utility pole. <br /> 4. When tower structures for above-ground utility andlor communications <br /> facilities are praposed t� be IQcated within 300 feet of residentially zoned <br /> areas, in or within 200 feet uf c�ateway corridors as designated by the Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan, or in or within 200 feet or areas under the jurisdiction <br /> of che Stioreline Master Program, zones which otherwise require Review <br /> Process il shall use Review Process III. <br /> Findin s: This is an existing communications facility. <br /> 5. All utility and communication facilities shall be installed underground or <br /> within structures to the greatest extent practical in order to maximize safety <br /> and minimize visual and noise impacts upon surrounding properties. <br /> Findinqs: N/A <br /> G. Above ground and communications facilities shall be designed so as to be <br /> lowest height possible to adequately serve the needs of the public for the <br /> proposed utility of communication service. <br /> Findincts: The antennas will be located at the lowest height necessary to serve <br /> the communications needs of the puhlic. <br /> 7. Towers associated with above ground utility and communications facilities <br /> and all ancillary structures shall comply with tl�e setback of the zone in <br /> which the property is located. <br /> Findings: N/A <br /> 8.
