Maintenance or replacement of existing utility or communications facilit�es, and the installation of new utility poles, light poles or standards, switch cabinets, pad mount transformers or other similar utility of communications facilities of a minor nature and small scale are exempt from this section. Findinqs: The proposed project is to add antennas on a replacement PUD utility pole. 10. To the extent provided by law, the City may require utility or commui�ications service provider to allow up to two additional service providers to be located on shared facilities to discourage the proliferation of tower structures, consistent with technological feasibility. Findinqs: New antennas will be added on a replacement PUD utilily pole which eliminates the need for a new wireless communications facility.
