The <br /> survey e�ends from the proposed enclosure location to the nearest property lines. The <br /> pur�ose of this report is to document lhe extenl and impact of the acoustical changes due to the <br /> proposed cabinet fans. This report contains data on the existing and predicted noise <br /> environments, impact criteria, and an evaluation of the predicted sound levels as ihey relate to <br /> the criteria, and recommendations for improvement if appropriate. <br /> Nuise Code <br /> The proposed site is under the jurisdiction o(the City of Everett. Under Everett Municipal Code Ch. <br /> 20.08 "Noise Conhol", environmental noise levels at the receiver property lines (Residential District) <br /> are limited to 55 dBA during daylime and 45 dEA during nighttime 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (£:OQ a.m. <br /> on weekends). <br /> As this telecommunication, facility is expected to run 24 hours a day, lhe maximum sound pressure <br /> level is 45 dBA. <br /> Amblent Conditions <br /> Exsting sound levels were measured at the site to determine the current ambient sound i���cls. <br /> Sound level measurements were taken on April 25, 2006 using a Larson-Davis Modet 820 <br /> sound meter'. The average ambient noise Ievel measured was 46 dBA.
