MAGNUS SON
KLEMENCIC
ASSOCIATES ■
SOIL
A geotechnical report, compiled by Geoengineers, has been provided for the project. This report
describes the existing soils as glacially consolidated soils below fill and organic soils. Glacially
consolidated soils consist of medium dense to very dense silty sand with variable gravel content and
hard silt and clay. The glacially consolidated soils were encountered in the borings at depths ranging
from near the ground surface to 5 feet below site grades. The glacially consolidated soils extended to
the depths explored. Occasional cobbles and boulders are typical of glacially consolidated soils and
may be present at the site and have been encountered in nearby construction projects.
POTENTIAL EROSION PROBLEMS
There are no known areas of the site that have potential erosion problems.
CONSTRUCTION PHASING
Sequencing and timing of construction activities will be provided when the contractor has been selected.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
Construction is scheduled to begin in fall of 2016. The completion date is unknown at this time.
FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Bond forms and other evidence of financial responsibility for environmental liabilities associated with
construction will be provided when a contractor has been selected.
ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS
Calculations for the proposed stormwater conveyance and flow control facilities are provided in the
project Storm Drainage Report.
CERTIFIED EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST
A certified erosion control specialist will be identified by the contractor when selected.
DRAWINGS
VICINITY MAP
See Figure 1 for the location of the project.
Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, North Site, Everett, Washington
