MAGNUSSON ?`
KLEMENCIC
ASSOCIATES ■
SITE MAP
The following drawings, included as Figure 3, show the existing topography and site features, property
boundaries, work extents and areas of earth disturbance (site demolition and grading). Any drawings
showing sequencing of the work or interim conditions will be developed by the contractor once selected.
• Topographic and Boundary Survey, Providence Regional Medical Center, Colby Campus CUP Site,
by Bush, Roed and Hitchings, dated 5/3/16
• Sheets C2.01 and C2.02, Site Demolition Plan
• Sheets C4.01 and C4.02, Grading Plan
Additional information required on the site map, but to be provided by the selected contractor includes
but is not limited to:
• Method of disposal for excess materials— it is expected that all materials not able to be reused on-
site will be disposed of at a permitted disposal facility. Location shall be provided by the contractor
once selected.
• Stockpile, waste storage, and vehicle storage, maintenance, and washdown areas will be provided
by the contractor once selected.
CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS
Temporary conveyance systems required to facilitate sequencing of construction are to be determined by
the selected contractor. Permanent conveyance systems are documented on sheets C5.01 and C5.02
Storm Drainage Plan included as Figure 4 and sheet C6.01, Utility Plan, included as Figure 5.
TREATMENT AND DETENTION BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
There are no treatment BMPs being implemented for this project. The detention BMP will consist of a
below grade precast concrete vault structure and associated flow restrictor to satisfy the flow control
requirement of the SWMM. The detention BMP location is shown on Figure 4.
There are currently no planned temporary detention BMPs; however, the detention BMP must be
installed and functioning prior to the construction of any new impervious surfaces. This suggests a
construction sequence that must be addressed by the selected contractor. The selected contractor may
employ an alternate sequence or means and methods of construction that must be incorporated into this
document.
EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
Erosion and sediment control BMPs are documented on sheets C1.01 and C1.02, Temporary Erosion
and Sedimentation Control Plan, included as Figure 6.
DETAILED DRAWINGS
At this time there are no structural practices proposed that are not referenced in the SWMM.
Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
4
Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, North Site, Everett, Washington
