Show all street names on the site plan. <br /> 2. List the correct number of parking spaces. <br /> 3. Show the correct scale. <br /> 4. Widen the landscaped strip along the west property line adjacent to the pazking lot to <br /> a minimum width of ten feet. A street tree must be placed within this ten-foot wide <br /> landscaped strip. <br /> 5. Provide 43 shrubs a�ninimum of two feet high along Everett Mall Way. <br /> 6. Provide a minimum of two spreading evergreen trees a minimum of six feet high <br /> within the interior landscaped islaz:d. <br /> 7. Provide grounda�ver in all landscaped azeas, which will provide 90%coverage within <br /> 3 years. <br /> 8. Show how the landscaped azeas will be irrigated. <br /> 9. The blank wal] on the west side of the building needs to have the same azchitectural <br /> treatment similar to the north and east sides of the building. Lattice with climbing <br /> vines would also provide visual relief. <br /> 10. Provide an enclusure around the dumpster to screen it &om adjacent properties. <br /> Once the above items are completed, the City of Everett Planning Department�vill be <br /> able to approve its part of the building permit application.
