Pursuant to Everett Municipal <br /> Code (EMC) 19.7.020.K, the Hearing Examiner can allow accessory structures <br /> to exceed 15 feet in height and 1,000 square feet in area, if certain criteria are <br /> satisfied. <br /> A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br /> February 1, 2001.
