Both <br /> BHC and Hart Crowser are fully up to speed with Consent Decree requirements and site <br /> conditions due to their previous design experience for facilities on the landfill site. <br /> Amendment 8 is scoped through the end of calendar year 2020. This duration is anticipated to <br /> include Shelter Holdings' design of the main road through the Riverfront property (Riverfront <br /> Boulevard), as well as Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the proposed development.
