POLYGON PA2 NORTHWEST COMPANY <br />June 3 2016� (6_ <br />Kirk Brooks <br />City of Everett <br />RE: (Simpson) Overlook at Riverfront Sales Complex, 2"d SUBMITTAL <br />Dear Kirk, <br />Please our responses below to your comments regarding our 11 sales complex plan check submittal. <br />Jamie, <br />Thanks for your inquiry regarding the placement of a sales trailer on the Simpson Project. Below are the <br />considerations we will be making in order to establish the trailer on the site. <br />1. A Hold harmless will be needed for the temporary Sales Office. See the excerpt below from the <br />Hearing examiner's Conditions. Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL. <br />2. A Site plan is needed showing: Storm water and how it will be managed in accordance with <br />proposed conditions. Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL (see site plan). What is being done with <br />sewer and water? Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL (see site plan). Locations of proposed office. <br />Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL (see site plan). <br />3. Approval from the Fire Department for any necessary fire protection. Provided with 2nd <br />SUBMITTAL. <br />4. A Building permit/ plans that show tie -downs for the structure and ramps/stairs into the <br />structure. Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL (foundation sheet, S-1). <br />5. An Electric permit for the drop and connection requirements Application is filled out, not sure <br />about the "number of devices" section. Provided with 2"d SUBMITTAL (interior design sheet, <br />Lighting). Can add data to application. <br />6. Applicant will need to contact L and I themselves. Acknowledged. <br />Kirk. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We are hoping that this 2"d submittal will <br />satisfy all of the city's questions and concerns.
