41 t <br />POLYGON PA2 NORTHWEST COMPANY <br />City of Everett Hold Harmless Agreement for Sales Trailer and Model Homes for <br />the Overlook at Riverfront (Simpson) Proiect <br />April 26, 2016 <br />Mr. Tony Lee, Building Official <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Lee, <br />This letter is to formally request that Polygon WLH, LLC (Polygon) be allowed to construct a temporary <br />sales office and model homes on Snohomish County Parcel #29053200102300 located at 3000 — 4111 <br />Street as allowed and stipulated by Hearing Examiner Condition #43, prior to final approval and <br />recording of the proposed Subdivision (Land Use Application 14-002) of the same property. <br />Polygon acknowledges and accepts all risks associate with construction of sales trailer and model homes <br />on a parcel intended to be subsequently subdivide and that all construction authorized under City of <br />Everett issued Building Permits is restricted to the construction of the sales trailer and model homes and <br />required site development only, and that these permits do not authorize the construction of any <br />structures, utilities, or any other site work beyond what is shown on the approved plans for these <br />Building Permits.
