. t. <br />DUBL/C WO/W f l Lc U SE I -95 <br />TO: Steve Ingalsbe, Planning Department <br />FROM: Public Works Department <br />DATE: March 14th, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: USE PERMIT #1-95 <br />PROPOSAL: Conversion of residence into a drive -thru restaurant and office <br />A review of this project by the Public Works Department indicates that the following <br />conditions should apply: <br />Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall <br />be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, <br />landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br />required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br />2. Full standard (half) street improvements are required to Evergreen way including but <br />net limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, street widening and drainage control per City <br />Design Standards. <br />3. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. <br />4. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards. <br />5. This remodel is to comply with the State Building Code. The basement ceiling <br />requires drywall and a self -closing solid -core door is also required. <br />6.
